My approach is to understand these changes and consider how they may be contributing to what you’re experiencing.Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I listen to your concerns and tailor each treatment to your body and your goals. I may incorporate therapeutic massage, myofascial release, stretching, orthopedic cupping, and other techniques as appropriate.My goal is not to treat menopause itself, but to support you through the physical changes that can accompany this stage of life—helping you feel more comfortable, connected to your body, and cared for.Your body is changing. Your massage should change with it.

Will we talk about my concerns before the massage?

Absolutely. Your care begins before you get on the table.For your first appointment, you’ll receive an intake form by email two days before your appointment. Please complete it before you arrive so I have time to review your information and better understand your needs.Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We’ll talk about your current concerns, how you’re feeling, and your goals for the session. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that is appropriate for your body and what you need that day.For future appointments, you won’t need to complete another intake form, but we’ll still have a conversation before every session. Your body and needs can change from one day to the next, so your treatment will be adjusted accordingly.Your care also continues after you leave. The day after your appointment, I’ll follow up by text to see how you’re feeling and how your body responded to the treatment.You don’t have to know exactly what your body needs when you walk through the door. We’ll figure it out together.
